On a work trip, some real research and development going on here…. We meet in London for a trade tasting and of course drinking, dining, and Football. Then we dived over to Milan then drove over to Alba and Piedmont for an all out onslaught of truffles, pasta, winery visits and tons of tasty wines. It was truffle season so naturally we did a truffle hunt with a dog.
